I understand that circumstances arise whereas you are unable to keep your appointment, but please kindly give 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it or reschedule. You may leave a Facebook or Instagram message to cancel. Please do this as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment so that I can attempt to schedule your appointment to another client who may be on my waiting list.
When you book an appointment at Daisy Green your time here is very important to me. Cancellations within the time stipulated in my cancellation policy will allow me to allocate this space to someone else, without it affecting my ability to operate. Also, please note if you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened and/or cancelled to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.
Please note, that the following cancellation policy:
• 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations.
• If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment and fail to give the 48 hours’ notice, or you don’t show for your appointment, turn up late, or change your treatment to a lesser value you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
• If you have a gift voucher to use, I require you to quote your voucher number when making a booking, which becomes security for your treatment. If the above happens, I will use the voucher as payment for the treatment.
• Full payment will be taken for ALL bookings before appointments are confirmed. Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled outside 48 hours where 50% will be refunded. Bookings cancelled on the day will be charged at full price.
